Dear Mr. Young:
Our utility subcontractor has secured a commitment from his water line supplier to obtain a
partial order of the pipc for the water line. Securing this pipe will enable this project to begin
rathm' than waiting until mid or late November 1999 to staff. Based upon the ml~ount ofpipo
available and the remaining easement conffict, our utility subcontractor intends to begin at
approximatelyand lay the water line toward SH 121. During this operation, we will
maintain two way traffic on the existing roadway and utilize flag men to control traffic for the
various crossings and the water line work in the 90 degree comer near STA 41+50.
