It shall be noted that four (4) steel plates under the Main Building were checked to be approximately 3.0 inches off the original center. As these deviations were not identified until the plates were set. We feel that we should bring this information to the attention of the Structural Engineer so that he can review the design criteria and see if any necessary remedial actions shall be taken.
