Dear Mr. Martin:
We are requesting approval for processing of a temporary Certificate of Occupancy
for the referenced project. We have not been able to complete portions of the site work
due to inclement weather delays, and require building occupancy on Friday, April 5, 1996.
Our current plans are to continue preparations for completing the public sidewalk
along Denton Tap Road during this week and perform the final grading of the affected right
of way the following week. Final inspections of all right of way work can then be scheduled
for the week of April 15, 1996, for approval of permanent Certificate of Occupancy.
Please advise of any additional requirements necessary for approval so that we may
comply as expeditiously as possible. Your continued cooperation on this project is most
appreciated.
