SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT - TOWN CENTER LOT 1, BLOCK 1 (OVERTON BANK)
The conditions of the final plat approval for Overton Bank included coordination of tree
preservation with the Planning Department staff. On Friday, September 29, 1995, I met with
the owner representative, contractor representative and engineer on site. Together we marked
each tree to be preserved with a bright yellow-green tape. The contractor agreed to provide
durable identification by marking each tree trunk with paint. The trees to be preserved are
primarily along the rights-of-way of Denton Tap Road and Sandy Lake Road. One large tree
will be preserved at the front door of the building. However, others have been identified along
the north line of the property and throughout the site.
This satisfies the final plat conditions. Thank you for coordinating with us on permit issuance.
