Landscape Plans / First Review
Dear Sir:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. The construction plans show the entrance on Denton Tap Road. Show the brick pavers and
sidewalk connection to it.
2. Please correct the telephone number on the irrigation plan notes.
3. Please show the landscape/sidewalk easements along Denton Tap Road on Sheet L-1.
The following comments are from the Planning and Building Inspection Departments:
1. Coordinate with the Planning staff the location of all existing trees prior to construction.
2. Various plants on the plant list are not on the plant palette as per City of Coppell
Streetscape Plan. If you have any questions please contact Gary Sieb, Planning Director
at 304-3674.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
