Please accept the enclosed plans for Thacker Container which have
been modified to correspond to Don Davis's current drainage area
map.
The storm drain plans contain horizontal bends which have been
accounted for in our hydraulic design. It is Winkelmann &
Associates, Inc.'s opinion that this is the most effective routing
for the pipe based on overall site conditions.
