There are no fees due on this project at this time. However, please provide a copy of the Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fee can be verified. Please note that the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees until the issuance of a Building Permit. Senate Bill 243 also reduced the impact fee we could assess for water and sewer to no more than 50% of the calculated fee in the original study. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 732 Deforest Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate pa,vment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project.
