RE: Town Center Addition, Lot 3, Block 3 (First American Bank Site)
Dear Mr. Griffin:
The following revisions have been completed and are offered in response to the corresponding
numbered comments in your "Construction Plan Review Comments" letter dated September 7, 2001
for the aforementioned project:
1. A copy of the Final Plat for the project site in included in the construction plans as sheet
C8.1.
2. General note comment #4 has been revised to reference City of Coppell Standard Details and
Specifications. In addition, general note comment #21 has been revised to remove the City
of Coppell from responsibility for inspection service costs.
3. A 5' tangent has been provided at the curb transition to the relocated low point inlet as
requested.
4. a. The water line that is shown as "public" has been revised to be an 8" line.
b. All public water lines and the proposed fire line vault is contained in a 10' wide easement
as indicated on the Final Plat.
c. Plans have been revised to provide 1 (one) 3" tap of the City's 8" water line, with a
separate tap for the irrigation line off of this 3" line in lieu of the previously shovm two taps
of the City's 8" line.
d. Ductile iron pipe is not being proposed for use on the water line construction. All water
line construction will be PVC piping as requested by the City. Reference to ductile iron pipe
has been removed from general utility note # 15.
5. Previous sheet numbers C6.2 & C8.1 have been deleted from the plan set. All construction
details will be in accordance with City of Coppell Standard Details and have been noted as
such throughout the plans and specifications for this project.
