The following is a Claim Notice for the City of Coppell from the Westbury Manor
Home Owners Association as a result of damages incurred from construction on
Sandy Lake Road.
The exact date of the damages are not clear. We are aware that The City incurred
similar'damages at the same time. Texas Utilities has already repaired electdc
service to the affected street lights.
Please contact me if any further information is required. Otherwise, I shall look
forward to a response.

This confidential proposal is to furnish all materials and perform all labor to coraplete the following electrical work:
Location: Westbury Manor 233 Westbury Drive & 102 London Way, Coppell Texas 75019
Scope of work:
1. Furnish and install (2) 50 amp, 120/240 volt circuits to meters at each entrance; (1) at 233 Westbury Drive
and (1) at 102 London Way.
2. Provide a two-year warranty on all labor and material furnished by McBri.de Electric.
Exclusions
Repairs to damage of any existing underground utilities, sprinkler systems or landscaping caused t~om
trenching.
Any charges l~om customer's service provider.
Any aRer hours work necessary to complete the installation.

Note: Material pricing is for normal, stock delivery. Expediting charges, if necessary, are to be added to the
proposed amount. This proposal is contingent upon approval of McBride Etectric credit department and
McBride Electric corporate office.
For any additional scope of work, see attached exhibit "A" The following price is good for 30 days.
All of the above work to be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner according to standard and code
practices for the sum of $4,175.00 plus applicable sales tax.
-TERMS-
The standard terms and conditions on the back of this proposal apply and are incorporated by reference.
The parties agree that all disputes in anyway related to, arising out of, or connected with the sale of goods and/or services provided by McBride Electric,
Inc. shall be litigated if at alt, exclusively in Dallas County, Texas. Furthermore. the parties also agree that 'Texas law shall govern all such disputes.
The customer agrees to pay 50% down, percent completed during
each bi-weekly billing cycle of the contract phase, and Balance at
completion of our work. Service charges listed below become effective on all accounts 30 days after
the invoice date. Charges are computed at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Surprisingly, this association did not suffer as much as I would have expected with the water
being offfor so very long. Most of the damage is at the Westbury/Heartz entrance. The trees are
struggling, but they have about a 80/20 chance of smwival. I have not bid for replacement of the
trees, because they will probably make it with proper watering. Here is a list of replacement
shrubs and costs:
14 - Dwar£Burford Hollies (7 gal.): $ 950.00
1 - Indian Hawthorne (5 gal.): 35.00
l I - Savannah Hollies (7 gal.): 825.00
