Bobby lnmon indicated that utility poles have been, or are presently being, relocated to avoid
construction.
Ed Bell wants to begin with the multi-box culvert and the City concurs, if traffic issues can be
worked out.
Other utility conflicts include gas line relocation to eight feet below the existing ditch grille at the
culvert location. Mr. Inmon confirmed that this has been done.
The City has TxDOT permits available in their office.
Kern Collins has begun marking trees along the east-west portion for removal. The City will
continue these eftbrts on Friday, 9/24 at 2:00 PM. Trees to be removed will be marked with an
orange "X". Letters to residents will be sent out by the City to give them ;m oplx~rtunity to provide
input regarding the marked trees. Once marked, Ed Bell needs two weeks to coordinate tree
toppers/:'or the tree removal.
SurVey control has been established. This should be finished on 9/22.
PVC supply is still the only material avaiability problem, according to Ed Bell. *Bell will provide
the City with written intbrmation including 3 suppliers and their PVC availability.
*Bell will contact the Home Owners' Association to establish an early relationship. There are 4

the adjacent properties. Bell is aware that a TxDOT permiXwill be needed for this activity.

] Work expected in the next month includes tree marking and removal, fence relocations and
properly owner contacts by Ed Bell, utility relocations, and box culvert construction, if appn'~ved
by City.

~ Traffic is a large City and resident concern with this project. GTE, the apartment complex, severM
subdivisions, sanitation trucks, school buses, and emergency vehicles use this road regularly.
