On October 19, 1999 the City of Coppell entered into an agreement with TXU for the installation
of streetlights along Sandy Lake Road from Denton Tap Road to MacArthur Blvd. The
contractor for Sandy Lake Road is currently in the process of finishing up the project. Please
respond to this office as to your timetable for the installation of the 66 streetlights along Sandy
Lake Rd.
