RE: Fencing in the 20' Drainage and Utility Easement
In reference to the 20~Drainagc and Utility Easement along the East side of the
Townhouses of CoppelL concerning Lots 27-41, Block A of the Final Plat, C. N. Lemp
Development proposes the following:
No Fencing of any kind will be placed in the drainage easement until the City of Coppell
determines that it no longer needs access to the easement for any type of facility
improvements or enhancements of the existing lines.
After that time, tbr reasons of maintaining proper drainage, no wooden cross-fencing will
be permitted in the easement, only decorative metal fencing. This restriction will be
entbrceable to the City of Coppell through deed restrictions filed with the County Clerk
If any variance is sought by currem or future owners of these lots, these variances must be
approved through the City of Coppell Engineering department, no exceptions.
Ken, please give me a call to confirm these items cover your concerns. I can then file the
necessary papers to get this wrapped up.
