Temporary Street Closing
Dear Mr. Meats:.
In an effort to constntct the Mockingbird and Belt Line Road Intersection safely and
expedit/ously, Zacbay Construction Corporation (ZCC) will need to close this
intersection and re-route traffic to Moore via Bethel School Road. The detour that we
would like to use was submitted on September 14, 2001 (Z-Cty 03)_ Below' is a
schedule that ZCC plans to construct the Mockingbird and BeSt Line Intersection.
Please note that we have_'taken._ev_ery_e_ffort..to..co, or_d'.ma.t.e__ the ~losure ~4.th..tI!e...fi_nal
sx~qtching of traffiC on WB Belt Line-Road. With 'any construction project, the
weatlter is a major factor when making a schedule. If we were to receive an abnormal
amount of rainfall in the next 3 weeks we could discuss the possibility of using hi~
strength concrete if needed. We reget any inconvenience, which this may cause but
feel 1 ike this is the best approach to building the Mockingbird Intersection_
