Mike, per our conversation last Friday, I have prepared a cross section detail of our
proposed solution to the sidewalk by the TXU Switchbox. Per Nathan Maier survey, the
drop from Top of Curb to Top of Sidewalk is .98 feet. Please give me a call when you
have had a chance to review for discussion.

Dear Keith:
I know that we have talked about this issue on several occasions, and I do not mean to
belabor it. However, I want to make certain you understand that we have no approved
grading plan for the east side of the project. Also, the drainage design that is approved
and is currently being constructed v,411 not function if the grading design that was
prepared to accompany the drainage design is not implemented.
