Development on January 9, 2001 to review concerns raised by the District's
attorney in relation to the proposed agreement issued by SHW Group, lnc_
The District and SHW Group, Inc. have resolved all of their concerns with
Letup Development. and will be developing a final agreement for the
District and CN Lemp Development for execution. While we are
comfortable with the proposed improvements a',ong the north property line
of F~iverch3se Elementary. final action will not occ[;r until Boarc~ approval in
the near future. While we are confident there ,,vi/f not be any outstar~ding
issues, we must rely on the Board to make the fina; recom, mendation.
