1 wanted to get you the last pieces you need in order for you to sign our plans. Following you will find the
necessaD, drainage easements executed by Joe Dingman, with St. Joseph's. Additionally, I have spoken to
Baty Houston at TXU: and he has confirmed the easement is getting signed by the necessa~' parties and we
should be getting it any day now. You can confirm this with Baty at 214.875.3110. Finally, we met with
The Carrolton School people and had settled the three items they had questions on. They are in the process
of getting their attorney, Lydia Per%', to finalize her review. You can confirm this with Terry Hoyle at
SHW Architects at 972.701.0700.
