Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter certifies that the concrete retaining walls for the referenced project, as shown on
Carrera Consulting Engineers, Inc. drawing, sheet number S 100 dated September 27, 2000, have
been designed by the undersigned, for a 4ft high iron fence to be attached at the top of the wall.
For reference, the concrete retaining walls vary in width from 8-inches to 16-inches for wall
heights of2fi to 10ft, respectively.
Please note, our aforementioned drawing includes a typical wall section and details, in addition
to a wall schedule for the varying wall heights.
