Dear Mr. Martin:
On behalf of Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, I am
working with Steve Topletz of Andante Development to develop an agreement
related to improvements between the properties that will benefit everyone
involved. A Dedication of Right of Way Agreement for a deceleration lane to
serve the Townhomes of Coppell has been submitted to the District for approval.
It is my understanding that this agreement has been reviewed by your office and
found to be acceptable. We anticipate the Board of Trustees approving the
transfer of land this month.
I am currently writing a proposed agreement whereby the Townhomes of Coppell
will take on the responsibility of building the remainder of the wrought iron fence
along the north property line of Riverchase Elementary. Also in this proposed
agreement, the Townhomes of Coppell will provide an inlet in the storm sewer
along the east property line to accept water runoff from the Riverchase
Elementary property. This inlet will not, however, be sized for the hundred year
Mesa, AZ flood.
Calverton, MD A separate letter has been submitted by Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D. to
Steve Topletz giving him a temporary construction easement along the north
