Dear Mr. Daniel:
We received the letter and plans for the proposed storm sewer for the above referenced project.
The plans show about seven feet of separation between the pipes with the storm sewer being
above our water supply line. We have reviewed the plans and approve them with the following
condition:

before excavating in our easement so that we can arrange to have one of our inspectors on
site to refit3' the depth of installation of your storm sewer pipe. David can be reached at
