Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached are two sets of civil plans that have been revised based upon your review letter dated
September 14, 2000. We believe we have complied with all comments except the following:
No. 8 - This work will be completed under an existing nationwide permit. See the
attached letter from Geo Marine.
No. 9 - The easements are forthcoming from the Owner.
No. 16- Structural plans are forthcoming from the Owner.
No. 17- We are relocating a segment of an existing sewer line. The new linc segment
connects one fixed point on the old line to another fixed point on the old line with a
straight grade. We can't make the grade any steeper.
No. 24 - We have sent a request to the City of Dallas/bt their approval.
Also, by copy of this letter the Owner is requested to sign the Floodplain Development Pemiit
and send it to you.
