Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed please find three copies of the referenced subject report, two for the city and one for FEMA,
and two copies of the CDC report for the subject project.
Mr. Steve Topletz is the developer for this project. We have sent him a letter (copy attached) telling him
he needs to get a check for $3,400.00 made out to the National Flood Insurance Program and a check
for the City of Coppell for review.

along with two copies of the CDC report bound separately, and one copy went to Nathan Maier.
We have sent the ci~ a letter (copy attached) telling them that you will get them a check in the amount
of $3,400.00 made out to the "National Flood Insurance Program" and a check for the Ci~' of Coppell
for $2,000.00 for their review fee.
