4. Tiseo's request for no liquidated damages is based upon the following:
a. A request for 9 additional days for Change Order No. 1
b. A request for 7 additional days for additional storm drain work that was
performed to accommodate new development at Enterprise Drive.
c. Unusually severe weather conditions amounting to 50 additional days.
d. A delay of 90 days due to utility conflicts.
e. A delay of 14 days to the start of Phase II at the request of the school
district.
f. A delay of 30 days due to a shortage of supplies for the concrete box
culvert.
