No fill/sloping will be allowed in the sanitary sewer easements. 2. Per Subdivision Ordinance, construct 4' sidewalks adjacent to the proposed internal streets 1' off the property line in the right-of-way. 3. The City will have concerns about on-street parking given the close driveway spacings. 'No Parking' may be required along the proposed street. 4. Consider re-routing the existing sewer located south of the properly through the site. 5. Due to the intense residential use at this location, a median opening with a left-turn lane will be required for the southernmost access point.
