Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached for your review is our proposed consauction schedule for the referenced project. As
reflected by the schedule, it is our intent to pursue the project in three sections and begin work in
November 1999 when we take delivery of the PVC water line. Each of the sections will be
closed to through traffic during consauction with local traffic detoured around the applicable
construction area.
