Re: Wrangler Drive
This letter is a supplementary to my letter dated on November 19, 1999. In addition to
the loss of time stated on the letter of November 19, 1999, there are two other
times/delays I would like to add.
1. The Coppell School requested that we delay the construction of Phase II for the two
weeks, so they could notify the parents of students.
2. In the meeting on November 29, 1999, I informed you the one-month delay we
encountered on Phase II was because of a shortage of supplies; please see attached
letter from our supplier.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel flee to contact me.
Sincerely,
Robert Caudill

Dear Mr. Caudell:
In reference to the above project, we were unable to meet the job requirements for
delivery in September 1998 for a number of reasons.
Due to a shortage in availability of cement and consequent backlog of orders, we
were unable to begin delivery of box culverts until October 1998.
To expedite the order, we had a portion of the order produced at our plant in San
Antonio, Texas and had the boxes shipped to Dallas, at no additional expense to
you or the owner.
We apologize for this delay which affected your jobsite schedule, but these
shortages of materials affected our entire industry, as you well know.
Again, we apologize for the delay but it was for reasons completely beyond our
control.
Sincerely,
Dale Pruden
