THE ALPHA TECHNICIAN TRAVELED TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT SITE AS REQUESTED TO MONITOR ON GOING WORK AND
PERFORM FIELD TESTING AS REQUESTED.
THE TECHNICIAN WAS INFORMED THAT NO DENSITY TESTING WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR BUILDING PAD AS CONTRACTOR WAS NOT
READY. TESTING WAS RESCHEDULED.
THE TECHNICIAN RETURNED TO THE DALLAS OFFICE.
