Re: Wrangler Drive Project
I have reviewed the latest Pay Estimate No. 15 from TISEO PAVING and offer the following
comments:
1. The time charged to date should be adjusted to reflect ~ days rather than 401. Time
was stopped on August 5, 1999.
2. The percentage completion for Pay Items No. 1-12 & 1-13 and Pay Items No. 11-23 &11-
24 do not correspond to our calculations. Based upon the areas of parkway restoration
which were deleted from the project scope as a result of new construction and/or
development on adjacent properties, our calculations indicated that the following
percentages should be used for final payment:
Item 1-12 Block Sod 80%
Item 1-13 Hydromulch 70%
Item 11-23 Block Sod 95%
Item 11-24 Hydromulch 30%
Final payment for these percentages of completion should be contingent upon
verification that all areas which required sod and/or hydromulch have uniform grass
coverage (i.e., 100% coverage alive and growing)in accordance with the project
specifications.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please give me a call. Do
we have a date scheduled with TISEO to discuss final quantities and time charged to the
project?.
