Mike, Pursuant to our conversation this morning and my meeting with your contractor's representative, Gary Pryor (Ed Bell Construction), North American Properties - Southwest authorizes the removal of approximately four (4) Indian Hawthorne shrubs and one(I) irrigation line and head (cut and plug), to complete the storm sewer improvements for the widening of Sandy Lake Road. In addition, one or two small post oaks (3'cal.) will have to be removed as well. Brad Reid has authorized their removal for these improvements. NAP-Southwest will be responsible for replacement of the shrubs and returning the irrigation system to working order.
