Description of Plan Revision
The references to the City Details have been removed
from the cover sheet.
There is not an existing manhole on the existing sanitary
sewer stub-out, therefore a new manhole would need to
be constructed. So, we showed connecting into the
existing manhole in lieu of constructing a new one. Also,
the manhole should be on the main, not on the existing
stub-out. In addition, we would prefer the rim of the
nearest downstream manhole to be lower than the lowest
finished floor elevation.
A standard clean-out was added on the proposed sanitary
sewer service at the property (right-of-way) line.
