Mr. Griffin:
We have revised the civil plans for the above referenced project in accordance to your plan
review comments dated June 25, 2001.
The specific changes made to the plans in response to each of your plan review comments
are listed on the attached plan revision summary sheet.
We had submitted plans to Mike Martin before his departure from the City. He said he was
going to release a grading permit when the contractor brought in plans and completed the
permit application. However, when the contractor attempted to pull a grading permit, he was
unsuccessful due to your plan review comments.
We respectfully request that you release a grading permit for this project so construction can
commence while the plans are being reviewed.

I. A cover sheet for the civil plans was added to the set.
2. The inlet was relocated south as requested.
3. The plat was approved and recorded with a sidewalk easement shown~
thereon for the sidewalk to be located adjacent to the curb as shown
on the plans. If the sidewalk must be relocated, an easement by
~ se?parate instrument must be dedicated. Please send us a copy of the
easement language, if this easement must be dedicated.
4. The City of Coppell standard detail was added to the plans.
5. The hydraulic summary was revised as requested.
6. An inlet and associated storm drain line was added to the plans to
j. intercept the runoff from the west parking area.
7. The roof drains are shown discharging into an underground system
that outfalls into the existing storm drain system at the northeast
corner of the site.
8. The plans were revised to indicate that the subgrade preparation be
//~ done in accordance to the City of Coppell standards and specifications.
9. / The City of Coppell Standard Construction Details have been included
[ , in the revised set. The Standard Construction Details do not include
/ details for private pavement, so a detail for the private concrete
~avement was left in the plans.
10. It is my understanding that the fire hydrant locations have been
