Dear Ms. Hermosilla,
In response to your comments dated July 12, 1999, the following modifications were made to the
construction plans:

Slopes were modified for details on sheet 37 of 40 to reflect properties of a curb ramp.
Side flares were added to the sides of the Type II Ramp on sheet 37 of 40 such that sidewalk
slopes comply with TAS.
Notes were added to detail sheet 37 of 40 to include the texture and color of the ramps for
compliance with TAS.
Attached is the revised plan sheet showing the changes made. Based on the plan revisions made, it is our
understanding that this project meets TAS compliance and can proceed with construction. Please let us
know if you have any questions regarding these modifications.
