The proposed right turn lane section has been modified to maintain Denton Tap Road drainage in the public right-of-way. In addition, the new right mm lane section will match the existing paving conditions along Comerica Bank. The high point has been labeled on the grading plan and in the drainage area map plan. Proposed 18" RCP: A new layout has been proposed in combination with the removal of the existing "Y" inlet and existing 18" RCP as required. The use of pre-manufactured wye connections has been proposed. With regard to the capacity of the existing pipe, please refer to the calculations provided on the "As-Built" plans for Town Center Blvd. (Spinner Road). Proposed 5' Sidewalk: A sidewalk easement by separate instrument will be provided to cover the portion of the 5' sidewalk along Denton Tap Road that falls outside the existing easement.
