Dear Mr. Collins,
In response to comments of your letter dated March 26, 1999 please see the
following:
1. The exJsting tree in the northwest portion of the development will be protected
dudng construction.
2. Per our phone conversation a retaining wall detail will not be shown on the
civil plans.
3. Drainage system has been added to the drainage area map.
4. Rock dissipater detail has been added.
5. *Due to the reduced area between the existing curb line and the proposed
building, the private water main can not be relocated.
*The proposed public water main will be connected to the existing water main
at the YMCA. A water valve has been provided for on the existing main.
