Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has thc following comments to offer:
There is a tree in the northwest portion of thc development that needs to be protected during
construction.
A detail for the proposed retaining wall shown along the eastern edge of the development needs to
be included in these plans.
Show the proposed drainage system in a background line type on the drainage area map.
Provide some detail for the rock dissipater proposed at the outlet of the Type C headwall in the
northeast portion of the property. The City has concerns regarding the effectiveness and long-term
maintenance of this outlet control.
The private water line in the northern portion of the property, and shown in Detail "B", needs to
be located out of the utility easement. A valve needs to be provided at the end of the public line
and the connection to the public line needs to be made at the property line. Also, please clarify
how the crossing of public and private lines takes place.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If
