Dear Mr. Collins,
In response to comments of your letter dated March 10, 1999 please see the
following:
1. Final Plat has been included.
2. Phase I & II have been identified and "Record Drawings" note has been
removed.
3. Proper measures will be taken to protect trees to be saved.
4. Detail has been added and a traffic control plan will be provided by the
contractor.
5. Note has been added to storm sewer and paving plan.
6. Information has been added to water and sanitary sewer plan.
7. Erosion protection plan has been revised.
8. Note has been added.
9. These plans are exempt from current tree ordinance.
