Provide a location map. Show all existing adjacent driveways. Provide a 4' sidewalk located in a 10' wide sidewalk and utility easement adjacent to Town Center Drive. Show these on the site plan and landscape plan. Show the right-of-way width for Denton Tap and Tower Center Blvd. The proposed decel lane needs to be in dedicated right-of-way. Provide a 10' wide sidewalk and utility easement along Denton Tap Road. Provide a preliminary utility plan. No stacking will be allowed in the fire lane.
