Upon final ~'eview of the construction plan for phone one of the shopping center, I recommend
that the following improvements be deferred until the construction of Sandy Lake Road.

The developer realizes that Sandy Lake Road will be under construction this summer, beginning
with utility relocations. The utility relocations will destroy the above referenced improvements.
