The number of water meters on our Town Center Shopping Center, Phase One located at 106
North Denton Tap needs to be revised f~om those assessed in your development fee letter of
April 16, 1997.
We will have the following meters:

One each, 8"
Would you recalodate our fee and reissue a revised assessment? ff there has been an
overpayment of fees required prior to City Council approval, the credit could be applied to the
fees and meters ren~ining.
