Please~ accept this letter as Randalls ~Properties,lnc's., successor to Tom Thumb
Properties, Inc., permission for Ewing Properties to access our property for the purpose of
connecting to the existing sanitary sewer manhole in order to provide this service to the
16,950 square feet of building currently being constructed. This construction shall be in
accordance with the City-accepted construction documents prepared by Dowdy,
Anderson & Associates, Inc.
Additionally, Ewing Properties is permitted to access our property for the purpose of
transitioning the cut and fills for the earthwork necessary for this construction.
