Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and ha~ )"? ~ ~'~'~
1. Provide a vicinity map on the title sheet. Also indicate on the title sheel
2. On the Site Plan and Dimensional Control Plan show the phase line.
3. In regards to your "subject to change" note, any revisions must be appr
4. On the Paving and Grading Plan, shade the area which is to be paved in Phase I.
5. Show driveway widths and radius on the paving plan.
6. Provide detail for proposed temporary asphalt deceleration lane showing length, striping, and buttons.
7. Provide radius for proposed parking islands.
8. Provide temporary erosion control devices at the north side of paving. Also provide temporary Type IH
barricades.
9. Provide detail for the proposed retaining wall.
10. Show the phase line on the Drainage Area Map.
11. On the Storm Sewer Plan, mark out the plan and profile views which are not to be constructed in Phase I.
12. Provide existing and proposed grades for the ditch adjacent to Sandy Lake Road.
13. The proposed outfall flowline needs to coordinate with the future flowline of proposed storm sewer system
in Sandy Lake Road.
14. Provide a water valve 20' from the end of the waterline.
15. On the Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan, remove all notes which are not pertinent to Paase I construction.
16. All fire hydrant location and siamese connections must be approved by thc Fire Marshall, Travis Crump.
17. The finish elevation of the proposed meters and vaults on Sandy Lake Road need to be set so that they
would not need to be adjusted when Sandy Lake Road is reconstructed.
18. On the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan indicate the location of the siltation fence.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed,
the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have any questions
