Formal notice is hereby given that the City of Coppell
Company proposes to place a 12-4nth water l
line within the right-of-way of State. NAghway 121

June 14, 1999
Approximately 87 linear feet of 12-inch, PVC (AV~WA C-900) water line by open cut along the
easterly fight-of-way line of State Highway 121 in the City of Coppell. The 12" water line will
connect to an existing 12" PVC water line located approximately 135 feet south of Coppell
Road in the State Highway 121 right-of-way. It will extend northeast to the south right-of-way
of Coppell Road where it then runs east, on the south side of CoppeH Road.
The line will Be constructed and maintained on the highway right-of-way as shown on the attached drawing a~l in
accord--ce with t~. rules, regulations and policies of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), an~ all
governing laws, including but not limited to the 'Federal Clean Water Act," the "Federal F.~dn-gered Species Act,' and
the 'Federal Historic Preservation Act." Upon request by TxDOT, prcofofcompllance with all governing laws, rules, anct
regulations will be submitted to TxDOT before commencement
