Dear Ken:
Due to current state licensing requirements, the referenced project must be submitted to the Texas
Depamment of Licensing and Regulation plan review and field inspection. The review fee for a roadway
project with $ 110,000 of ramps and sidewalk improvements is $175. We would like to submit the plans
from our office. If you cannot get a check for the review fee, let us know. We could bill you for the review
t~e if needed.
The plans must be submitted fbr review prior to construction activities on the project. It is imperative that
this submittal occurs. Please call me or Kevin Young if you have any questions.
