Dear Sir:
This letter is written as verification that the referenced property will not be required to pay any
Roadway Impact Fees. After review of the original Univest Agreement and consultation with
our attorney, it was determined that this property does not fall under the guidelines for payment
of Roadway Impact Fees. This decision was based on the fact that the Roadway Impact Fees
in this zone are for Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road. The Univest Agreement
specifically prohibits this property from having any financial obligation for the construction of
those two roadways. Therefore, our attorney has advised that the City cannot assess Roadway
Impact Fees against this property.
