Impact fees required.
Provide a 30' x 30' access easement by separate instrument located at the north side
of the YMCA property. An easement is needed for the driveway radii off of Town
Center Blvd. behind the proposed retail building located at north side of the
property.
The property line adjacent to Sandy Lake Road needs to be shown on the north side
of the right-of-way dedication (i.e., the heavy line should be the new property line).
