I wanted to~Upclat¢,you on the status of the Staton Tract Boundary Survey and apologize for the
delay.; our surveyor has collected data on all sides of the property with the exception of the northeast.
~'61-ner; whei-ea brass monument is missing. We have been coordinating with TxDOT to go into the
tield and replace this missing monument, but they have not been able to answer our request until this
week. We anticipate their field work being completed this week, and the boundary survey being
delivered to your office by late next week. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't
