Dear John:
You will find two trees west of the orange fence along the east side of your property which I
have marked heavily with fluorescent green tape. These are the only two additional trees outside
the fenced area which I believe can be avoided by construction. I fully realize that after grading
is completed these trees will be situated high above the very nearby service area pavement and
that their prospects for longterm survival are poor. Nevertheless, I think we should give them a
chance.
