Provide a 4' sidewalk along the east and south side of the property. 2. Provide 12' easement for future deceleration lane. Preliminary Plat 3. Provide water utility easement for vaults and meter for fire line. Utility Plan 4. All public lines need to be located outside the limits of paving. Therefore, the domestic meter and fire line meter need to be located near the property line. Landscaping Plan 5. Show visibility triangles at all ingress and egress locations. 6.
