5582, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas (DRDCT), subject tract being more
particularly described as follows;
COMMENCING; at a 3/4 inch iron rod found, said iron rod being located on an easterly line of
the said S.A. and M.G.R.R. Survey and the west line of the David Myers Survey, Abstract No.
886, said iron rod also being the southeast comer of said Wellington Place Addition;
