Mark on curb MLU Farst valve on Parkway.
2,Paint caps on MLU blue.
3.Water service on curb needs WS on curb.
4.Blow off removed. Plug with brass plug.
5,Latch on vault.
6,Seal up vaults inside f'dl in drain hole,
7.Seal around seams at top.
8,Mark FIIV on curb in red cu top of curb.
9.MLV mark in blue on curb.
10.Paint FII lid red.
11.Paint MLV blue,
12.FH ted cu top of curb,
13.All valve stacks need 24 X 24 pads,
14,Need to be 3" above Found.
15.No deeper than 4' on valve extensions.
16.Raise 2 FH 6" or more.
17,Blue FH buttons in street.
18,Locate FH valve in northwest corner,
19.Locate MLV northwest comer,
20.FH and Ma~ line valve mark with stakes behind building (red/blue).
21.Raise valve and Fire hydrant northeast corner.
