Dear Mr. Griffin:
I have reviewed thc drainage plans for the proposed~~,,Eagle Pg.~t..Village at Riverchase subdivision. This
proposed subdivision abuts the south and west side of a ~~l'which I am an owner.
The drainage system for the proposed Eagle Point has been designed to allow for the drainage of the southerly
9.6 acres of my property through Eagle Point and into the adjacent Flood Control District lake system.
Please be advised that I have approved this design. I accept that no more of my property than the southerly
9.6 acres can be drained into the Eagle Point drainage system. I understand that the balance of my property
must drain into the future Sandy Lake Road drainage system ifI can persuade the County of Dallas to accept
it, or it must drain to the east into the Flood Control District's lake or the Elm Fork.
